Tournament Rules
1. Tournament chips are issued with the sole purpose of determining the winner of the tournament.
2. Tournament chips have no cash value.
3. Players may reenter the tournament if seats are available during the first hour.
4. Participants play until either they have lost all their chips or until they have been declared the winner of the tournament.
5. At the start of a round the dealer will place the antes and the blind bets for players who are absent from the table.
6. Removing chips from the table can lead to disqualification.
7. Each participant plays on his own behalf and cannot be substituted.
8. At the sound of the signal for the end of one betting round, the new limits apply for the next round. The next round begins as soon as the dealer starts to shuffle.
9. Every player has the right to a hand, even if the chips they have remaining before them are not sufficient to meet the ante or minimum bet.
10. A player, who goes all-in and discovers, after they have lost the pot, to have remaining chips, forfeits the remaining chips to the winner of the pot.
11. When one or more players are all-in and no further betting is possible, all remaining players have to place their cards face-up on the table.
12. Tournament chips must be placed clearly in sight on the table in front of each player.
13. The "show one show" all applies. This means that if the cards have been shown to one player, they must be shown to all as soon as the hand has been played.
14. If chips can no longer be used because they do not comply with the betting limit, these are exchanged for a higher denomination. A "chip race" is held for any chips that cannot be changes.
15. When the tables are being balanced, we will take the player from the exact position and (if possible) place him at the same position at another table.
16. Seat positions are randomly assigned when breaking tables.
17. In the case of a dispute, the tournament managements' decision is final.
18. Aladdin's poker rules are in force and available for inspection in the poker room.
Texas Hold'em
1. A dealer's button is used that is circulated in a clockwise direction to the next player after each hand.
2. In each tournament the first two players sitting to the left of the button, place the blind bets. The first position after the button places the small blind and the second position places the big blind.
3. Once only two players, remain, the player seated at the button position places the small blind.
4. No player is permitted to miss the big blind or the small blind therefore the dealer's button can remain in the same position for several hands.
5. The number of raises is unlimited for pot-limit and no-limit tournaments and limited to four raises in limit tournaments.
6. In the case of a split pot, the player to the left of the button receives any remaining odd chip.
7. It is the player's responsibility to protect their hand at all times.
Tournament - Miscellaneous
1. House rake is seven dollars from each Buy-In for the 10 am, 1 pm, 7 pm and 2 am tourney.
2. House rake is eight dollars from each Buy-In for the 12 pm Saturday tournament
3. Bonus Add-on goes to the tournament staff.
