names, likeness or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Any monies won will be paid to the valid entrant only.
Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
Excalibur Hotel/Casino is not responsible for cancelled or rescheduled events.
In no event will Excalibur, or their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, their advertising or promotion agencies or
their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any
kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your participation in this tournament
